These guys were really really good. Excellent actually. The tech whose name is John should be called 'Johnny on the spot'. He was excellent. The home office folks were great too. Came right out when others were 'too busy'. Excellent value too. I hope to never need them again but if the other door breaks this is my first call

My garage door had a defect and was not functioning properly. Initially, the issue was intermittent, with the door sometimes failing to open or close as expected. Over time, the problem worsened, and the door eventually stopped working completely. I initially worked with another garage door vendor, but despite their evaluation and weeks of back-and-forth discussions, they were unable to resolve the issue.
I then contacted Haerthside doors, and their team, Rich and John, provided exceptional service. Rich quickly identified the problem as a broken torsion spring, and ordered a replacement immediately. On the first day, he managed to temporarily fix the issue, and the next day, John came to complete the permanent repair. The entire issue was resolved in just 30 to 45 minutes.
I am truly impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. I’m incredibly thankful to Rich and John for their excellent work. I highly recommend this team. Thank you!

The 1st garage door opener was defective and noisy. The company had no problem replacing it with a new one very promptly.
The new one works very well. I have no problem recommending Hearthside Doors as a great company to work with.
