Technician JohnG was great, professional and in time. He called ahead to let me know he was coming . He took time to review the issues with our creaky garage door and after recommending a repair plan, we proceeded. He is absolutely an expert, and aside from fixing the issue I called him out for identified another issue (and showed me how and why it’s a problem). Fixed everything and gave it a general tune up. The technician visited to inspect the current garage door, saw what he thought was an unsafe condition, and changed a caster on the spot.  He also tightened up a bracket which was loose.  This was before I agreed to contact with Hearthside Doors.
